Our Story
TAPSC (1000 Agricultural Products Scholars Consulting Company) was founded with a vision to transform agriculture through innovation, knowledge, and sustainability. Our journey began with a commitment to enhance productivity, quality, and food security across Rwanda and beyond.
Founded by Rubayiza Theogene, TAPSC emerged from a recognition that Rwanda's agricultural sector needed specialized consulting services to help farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses adopt best practices, meet international standards, and access global markets.
Today, we serve as a vital bridge between agricultural stakeholders and sustainable development goals, helping our clients optimize their operations from farm to factory through innovation, skills development, certification guidance, and capacity building.
